My Impala is misfiring badly on acceleration and startup. 05 Impala with a 3.4 L stock.
The only code that has been thrown is a random misfire code. It only throws the code if I continue to accelerate when I notice it misfiring. The CEL will flash before hand.
The fuel pressure is good, the ICM is new, the wires are new, the plugs look fine, and all three coils are new. There is a valve tick most of the time when the engine is running.
Just about to check the temperature before and after the catalytic converter.
I'm at a loss with this one.
Edit: 290* F before the cat, 390* F after the cat at idle and operating temperature.
